The latest figures released on Friday by the Spanish Health Ministry for the number of people who have tested positive for Covid-19 is 566,326.

This is an overall increase of 12,183 against the figure released on Thursday, although the ministry says 4,708 of the infections occurred in the previous 24 hours.

112,364 cases of Coronavirus have been detected in the past 14 days, infections detected in the past 7 is 53,158.

2,191 people have required hospital treatment in the past 7 days, with 165 in intensive care.

The number of Coronavirus-related deaths is now 29,747, an increase of 48 since Thursday’s figure with 241 in the past week.
